Pop-up replacement graphics Colour Studios provide a complete replacement graphic service for pop-up displays. We are happy to produce a single graphic drop or production runs for multiple packages. In addition to our own systems we can supply new graphics for all the major pop-up makes, for example: Clip, Display, Eclipse, Nomadic, Nimlok, Matrix, Maxibit, Plex, Premier,Smart, Ultima.
Process: The panels are produced in three layers, i.e. an inkjet print with a robust stoplight layer on the reverse and a scuff proof laminate over the image. We use a high quality Rotatrim self sharpening cutter to ensure true and straight edges. We source and fit the correct hangers and kickers, and fit the magnetic tape to the panels for fixing to your frame. Graphics can be displayed on one side or both sides.
Quality assurance: We like to work with your actual pop-up frame, this allows us to ensure the kit is in good condition and the graphics fit perfectly to the frame. We stick labels to the rear of each pop-up panel indicating where on the pop-up frame the panel fits and making clear which way the graphic should be rolled. It is important to roll all pop-up graphics with the laminate on the outside - rolled the wrong way causes the laminate to lift off from the print and the panels become damaged. It is also important to roll the panels individually and place the panels one at a time in to your case - rather than rolling all the panels up together

Prices: Please request a quote for costs on our replacement graphic service. Each pop-up kit manufacturer uses different hangers and kickers. These parts vary in price. Prices may also vary based on the numbers off required. Production times can vary so ask for a schedule, but we target a 2 - 3 day turnaround.
Colour matching: It is advised that graphic drops are re-produced in sets to ensure colour matched panels. If individual panels are required to fit into a current set we can provide a colour matching service. This service offers test prints and adjustments to colours to get a colour match as close as possible allowed by the inkjet printing process. Inkjet printing can not offer a true colour match service due to the 6 colour nature of the technology and variables such as media used. We charge an extra from £40.00 + VAT per panel for this service. Colour matches are deemed correct by Colour Studios staff unless you wish to approve test prints prior to production, this will obviously add time to the pre-press process.
