Digital cutting service: Our flat bed automatic cutter follows a digital artwork cutter guide and can cut and crease display panels. It is ideally suited to both cutting out short to medium run display panels or the very accurate cutting and creasing required for manufacturing three dimensional items from cardboard, foamex or foam core, for example mock up or short run packaging or display boxes.
Print and cut services:
The combination of this digital cutting technology combined with our high quality UV ink direct to media printer creates a fantastic 'print and cut' production process. This offers a unique combination of high quality printing and finishing from one off to medium run products.
General finishing services include print mounting, image lamination and encapsulation.Panel sizes can be cut to suit in various materials including foamex, flexible PVC, card, kappa board and MDF. This approach ensures maximum flexibility for you when choosing the ideal graphic panel sizes.
We specialize in hand finishing for short run displays and prototypes. We have a combination of skilled staff, a fully equipped workshop, mounting and laminating presses, lots of layout space and pre-build areas to facilitate any graphic display requirement.
