Colour Studios Ltd - terms and conditions for the sale of exhibition services.
These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions of sale of goods and supply of services but over ride clause 5) 5.6 regarding terms of payment for exhibition services.
Where an order is placed for our exhibition stand or exhibition event services an initial payment of 50% of the order will be required prior to the commencement of the job. The first instalment initiates the project and enables us to pre order outsourced stand services required at the venue. Should cancellation of the order occur once underway then Colour Studios reserves the right to retain sufficient funds to cover any losses incurred.
The second instalment will fall due for payment in the week prior to the show opening date. A reminder will be sent to the client and the balance is payable by cheque or bank transfer before handover of the stand takes place.
Any additions or amends made to the initial order will be invoiced separately post show and these will become due for payment 30 days from invoice date.
Insurance
Colour Studios Ltd are responsible for all product and personal liability insurances, whilst goods are at the Radstock premises, in transit to the exhibition venue and during install and dismantle on site at the venue. Once built, we will only leave the stand as and when the client arrives and the stand has been signed off and handed over as complete.
For the duration of the show, once handover to the client has taken place, insurance is the responsibility of the client. Areas for your consideration are: visiting customers, hired or owned product on the stand, health and safety of staff and visitors, night time security, personal possessions... this list is not exhaustive... please do check your insurance.
Health, safety and security of the stand for the duration of the show remain the responsibility of the client throughout.
Colour Studios remain responsible throughout for liability insurance for defective stand parts or injury caused by defective stand parts.
Once the show closes the client undertakes to wait for a member of Colour Studios staff to arrive before they leave the stand. At this point insurance responsibility for the client ceases.
Please be aware that Colour Studios will not be held responsible for the stand or its contents if left unattended between the close of show and Colour Studios staff arriving back on site.
